She has been a loyal customer for two years. And now the duck  (call) Dizzy has started taking her 12 ducklings (小鸭子) along with  when she makes her daily visit to a city centre deli (熟食店).
The family has become a hot topic among both customers staff at the Hairy Fig Deli, next to   Merchant Adventurers Hall in York.
The mother duck,   recently hatched (孵化) several ducklings, often arrives at the deli at the break of dawn. Once there, she and her ducklings   (patient) wait for the Hairy Fig to open, at which point they  (feed).
The owner of the deli Sue Hardie said that when Dizzy first started coming to the deli, she used to walk into the shop. But now, after a little   (train), she sits outside and waits for her food.
Ms Hardie said, “Dizzy is lonely and gets chased by geese,   she knows she is well fed and looked after here. She waits  me outside the shop before we open.”
