I am here today to talk to you about working in computer gaming. I’d certainly (推荐)it as a career. Not because it’s popular, nor because it’s a well-paid job—generally it isn’t — rather because it’s creative.
People get jobs in the computer games industry receiving degrees in all sorts of subjects. Of course, if you have done a course in computer, that will give you an advantage but it’s certainly not n (必要). I myself (毕业)in physics and colleagues of mine did history, engineering and English. The degree itself is l important than the love for the job.
It is no that everyone who joins the industry enjoys playing games. My parents always told me I spent far too much time on them, so much they suggested I make use of it and apply work in the industry. My uncle sent me the name of a major game company and I was lucky enough to be given a (位置)in the research department. I feel delighted with my job.
