Our body, which has close relations with the food that we eat our daily life, is the most important thing that we own, so our body (need) proper treatment and proper nourishment (营养).
The old saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” is not as silly as some people think. The body needs fruit vegetables, such as apples, pears, banana, carrots and cabbages, because they contain vitamin C, is very necessary and important to us all.
