"How did you do it, Dad? How have you to not take a drink for almost 20 years?" It took me almost 20 years to have the to even ask my father this very personal question. When Dad first drinking, the whole family was on pins and needles every time he a situation that, in the past, would have him drinking again. For a few years we were afraid to bring it up the drinking would begin again.
"I had this little poem that I recite to myself at least four to five times a day," was Dad's reply to my 18-year-old question. "The words were an instant relief and constant to me that things were never so that I could not handle them," Dad said. And then he the poem with me. The poem's simple, yet profound words immediately became part of my daily as well.
About a month after this talk with my father, I a gift in the mail from a friend of mine. It was a book of daily affirmations （誓词）with one affirmation for each day of the year.

When I was a senior in high school, I knew I wanted to pursue writing as a career.
Writing had basically me when I was only 7 years old, since that time, I’d been bombarded by guidance counselors and career planners who all me to have “a back-up plan” in case writing didn’t work out.
I’d never even a different career path, so I was very and worried. After much thought, I decided would be my “back-up plan,” and I signed up for a class through my high school.
This that every morning, I would serve as a teacher’s helper for my favorite 6th grade teacher, Mr. Ralston. Morning after morning, I showed up in Mr. Ralston’s classroom and papers for him.
Sometimes, I even a lesson or two. It was fun, and the students seemed to like me, so I was surprised when it came time for my . Mr. Ralston looked me right in the eyes and asked, “Do you really want to teach?”
“Had I really been that ?” I thought.
“Don’t misunderstand. You’ll do fine in teaching,” he continued. “But, is your really in it?”

I truly feel that my mother led me here, to Morzaine, and to my future as a happy wife and businesswoman. When Mum in October 2007, I was a cook. One afternoon, many years ago，I went to pick up my mother from work. I got there a little early so I the car by the roadside and waited for her.
As I looked the car window, there was a small park where I saw a little boy, around one and a half to two years old, freely on the grass as his mother watched from a short .The boy had a big smile on his face he had just been set free from a .The boy would then fall to the grass, get up, and without or looking back at his mother, run as fast as he could, again ,still with a on his face, as if nothing had happened.
