What is a dream?
For centuries, people have wondered about the strange places that they seem to visit in their sleep.                        However, they have been valued as necessary to a person's health and happiness.
Historically people thought dreams contained messages from God. There is distinction between reading for information and reading for understanding. __
The first sense is the one in which we read newspapers, magazines, or anything else.   Such materials may increase our store of information, but they cannot improve our understanding. If the equality is approached, success of communication is achieved.
 It is the least demanding and requires the least amount of effort. Everyone who knows how to read can read for entertainment if he wants to. In fact, any book that can be read for understanding or information can probably be read for entertainment as well.

Is a leader merely a manager? What should we expect from our leaders?   
Yes, we do need leaders. On our own, we lack the vision, direction, and strength to reach our goals. We were all in need of guidance when we were children--even the cleverest child could not possibly be expected to make certain crucial decisions. Once we become adults, with the capacity to reason for ourselves, we are facing so many pressures of daily survival that we rarely find time and energy to focus on life’s larger issues. And when we do, our emotions and subjectivity limit our vision and our movement.
  When we are occupied with our self-interest--petty or great, a leader sends out a wake-up call, alerting us to seek the true priorities in life.
With so many people trying to be leaders these days, how do we recognize a true leader? To answer this question, we must step back and ask:   
A true leader wants nothing more than to make people stand on their own, as leaders in their own right. Instead of trying to blind us with his or her brilliance, a true leader reflects our own light back to us, so that we can see ourselves anew.
The differences between a leader and a boss: A boss drives their employees, and a leader coaches them. A boss inspires fear, and a leader generates enthusiasm. A boss says “I”, and a leader says “We”. A boss places blame for breakdowns, and a leader fixes them.   
Decide now. Decide today. Are you going to be a real leader? Are you going to develop real leaders?       Remember, a leader with vision has a clear, vivid picture of where to go, as well as a firm grasp on what success looks like and how to achieve it.

How Can I Fight Laziness?
Lazy people will never gain anything in life. However, laziness can be defeated once a few changes have been made in your mind.
  Many people lack sleep constantly, since they stay up too late and get up too early to prepare for work. These people have little motivation once they arrive home. Laziness works hand in hand with a lack of motivation and a tendency to put off things. Your brain needs exercise just like a muscle. If you use it often and in the right ways, you will become a more skilled thinker and increase your ability to focus. Here are 5 simple ways anyone can have a try.
__________—— This is a hard sell(强迫推销). People love vegetating(="doing" nothing like plants) in front of the television, myself included more often than I’d like. The problem is watching television doesn’t use your mental capacity or allow it to recharge. It’s like having the energy taken out of a muscle without the health benefits of exercise. When you feel like relaxing, try reading a book instead. If you’re too tired, listen to some music. When you’re with your friends or family, leave the tube off and have some communication. All of these things use your mind more than television and allow you to relax.
__________—— Many people like to read popular suspense fiction, but generally these books aren't mentally beneficial. If you want to improve your thinking and writing ability you should read books that make you focus. Reading a classic novel can change your view of the world and will make you think in more precise, elegant English. Don’t be afraid to look up a word if you don’t know it, and don’t be afraid of dense passages. Take your time, re-read when necessary and you’ll soon grow used to the author’s style.
__________—— Nothing makes it harder to concentrate than the lack of sleep. You'll be most energetic if you go to bed early and don’t sleep more than 8 hours. If you stay up late, you’ll wake up tiredly and have trouble focusing. In my experience the early morning hours are the most productive. Waking up early gives you more productive hours and maximizes your mental acuity(敏锐)all day.
__________—— Often our lives get so busy that we become defeated without even realizing it. It becomes difficult to concentrate because disturbing thoughts keep interrupting. Spending some time alone having second thoughts gives you a chance to organize your thoughts and have a better understanding of what's important and what isn’t. The unimportant stuff won’t bother you anymore and your mind will feel less tired.
