__________—— Nothing makes it harder to concentrate than the lack of sleep. You'll be most energetic if you go to bed early and don’t sleep more than 8 hours. If you stay up late, you’ll wake up tiredly and have trouble focusing. In my experience the early morning hours are the most productive. Waking up early gives you more productive hours and maximizes your mental acuity(敏锐)all day.
__________—— Often our lives get so busy that we become defeated without even realizing it. It becomes difficult to concentrate because disturbing thoughts keep interrupting. Spending some time alone having second thoughts gives you a chance to organize your thoughts and have a better understanding of what's important and what isn’t. How to Teach a Child Respect

(3) Try to solve the problem. After you’re calm and you have support from adults and friends, it’s time to get down to business.        Even if you can’t solve it all, you can solve a piece of it.
(4) Be positive. Most stress is temporary (暂时的). Remember stress does go away, especially when you figure out the problem and start working on solving it.
These steps aren’t magic, but they do work. And if you can stay positive as you make
your way through a tough time, you’ll help yourself feel better even faster.
