I went to Shanghai Expo on last week．At the gate I happened to meet some America tourists．I greeted him in English and then we began to chat．I got to know that they were college students travel in China．They are busy taking pictures and were much impressed with the changes had taken place in the past few years．After which, we visited China Pavilion and had a good time．We exchanged our email address so that we could write each other in the future．They thanked me again and again．I was very glad to have a chance to practising my oral English.

It was Sunday and without homework, I got up late. After finishing the breakfast, I began to surf the Internet. About one and a half hour later, when Mom noticed that I still playing computer games, she was very annoyed that she scolded me, she said I shouldn’t be so addicted to the Internet and ignored my study as the college entrance tests were drawing nearer. I said that this was necessary to have a rest to refresh myself. Mom left angry. It was at that moment when I realized I was wrong. I said sorry, and promised I wouldn’t do that again. We all want to grow up happily, and for these goal we must doing several thing. Firstly, we should develop a good attitude to life. Life consisted of not only sunshine but also hard times. We should be brave in front of difficulties. Secondly, we must study hard because of knowledge is power. If we have the power, we can help to build my country but enjoy life better. In the order to study good, we need to do sports so that we can keep fit. We can go running, play ball games or simply go for walk after a day’s study. If we do those things well, we will be able to grow up happily.

Generally, we prefer to do things the way we considered to be the best．
However, it is important to listen to those who love us and want to give us an
advice when we have serious problems in our lives．Parents have gained some

we should ask them for help first when they have problems．Therefore, there
are moments when we avoid them and don't want to follow them．With time
passed, my brother as well as I have realized that our parents are right．Please

Dear Tracy,
I am a high school student. I love English but want to learn it well. But for a long time I have been puzzling about my comprehension and I was nervous about my reading speed. I know the way  to improving my reading is that to read a lot , and many people say that when you are reading,  you  shouldn’t  move your lips or try to read with my heart. I can do the first but I can’t do other. If I just read with my eye, I am afraid I can’t understand the meaning of the whole passage full.  How can I do ?  Would you please help me, Miss Tracy?
