This tradition was started by mom several years ago. My mom, my brother, my sister and I all went to the cancer treatment center with some flowers. Each patient, doctor ,and nurse received flower from us. “why do you send us flowers?” they would asked and our answer was that” it’s just because you’re special.”       this went on, we often sent even more of flowers.
