Once a man got on a bus for New York. He hid in toilet, because he did not want to pay.  But a passenger saw her. Dear friends,
As we can see, the environment around us is getting worse other than better. Our life and health have affected greatly. The earth is our home, but we have a duty to take care of it, not only for ourselves but for future generation. Fortunate, more and more people have become aware of this problem. Many effective measures have been taken by the government to dealing with them.
As a student I think we should do something to improve the environment. First, go to the school on foot or by bike as often as possible. Second, turn on the lights and other electrical appliances before leaving the room. Third, never throw rubbish here and there.
It’s time that we do something to protect our environment.

Today I showed some foreign friend around our city. We started off in car from the Friendship Hotel at 8:00 a.m. We first got to Jiangnan Park. We are all struck by its beautiful flowers on show. Then, we visited the City Museum. We saw plenty of valuable things, from that we learned a lot about the city. After that, they drove to Bei Shan Park. Water is very important to us, without that there would be no life. We couldn’t live if we didn’t have water. Therefore, some people don’t turn the tap off at once after using it.
