The new term is coming! It's time for school. Last term, I make little effort on my English, but my grades were not satisfying. In life people make many decisions, some of what are so important that they affect us greatly.
My latest decision is made when I entered Senior 3 in Miss Zhang's class. Since I was not good in English, Miss Zhang asked me to listen attentive in class and put down some important notes. Therefore, I was never  a good listener. I went on in my own way, ignore her suggestions completely until Miss Zhang had talk with me. He made me realize the importance of note-taking.

There are more and more students who are developing eating habits in our school, which has attached widely attention of the parents and our school. Some students often go to school without have breakfast. When they are hungry, they prefer eating some snack. Some of them are even particular with food; they only eat what they like and never touch food they don’t like even if they really need it for their health. What’s worse, some students eat or drink too much at a time, which do great harm to their health.
As it is known, we are what we eat. It’s important of us to form a healthy eating habit. We should have various healthy diets what generally include proper amounts of fish, meat, vegetables, fruits as well as main food. Only in this way can we built a strong body and enjoy a better life.

Last summer I pay a visit to London. Now I am very glad to share the experience with the class.

Yesterday I showed to my friend Peter around Beijing city．We started off at 8:00 a.m．First we went to the Forbidden City, which was one of the most popular tourist spot in Beijing．Then we visited the History Museum．We observed a lot of valuable things in them and we learned a lot about Chinese history．After a quick meal, we wentto Beihai Park．Upon arrival, we were all struck by its beautiful scenes．We spent a whole afternoon appreciated the wonder．It was until 18:00 p．m．that we went back.

Last weekend，I helped my grandparents with their trip to the Dalian．On Saturday morning，together with my grandparents，I search the Internet for the train schedule，the weather in Dalian，and some hotel informations．In the afternoon，they went to the train station and managed to buy two tickets for my grandparents although there had a long queue．After dinner，I packed the things into the suitcase，what my grandparents would need，such as clothes，glasses，an umbrella，a map．The next morning，I went to the station to show them off．Waved goodbye to them on the platform，I felt happily for them and wished them a safe journey.

Since my childhood, libraries had played an important role in my life. When I was a pupil, I regarded on my every trip to the school library as an adventure. Time flies! This is a third year that I have been in this school. In the past two and a half years, our school had organized many activities. What impressed me best was an activity called “Learning to Farm”. In an autumn afternoon, we were sent to a farm which we learned to plant potatoes. Having been in the city for so a long time, we were so happy to go to the countryside. After divided into 3 groups, we started to work. There are many similarity between doctors and teachers. First, both doctors and teachers are considering professionals by their communities. The classification of professionals is the high socioeconomic rank where an individual can achieve in this society. Second, both doctors and teachers help others: doctors heal to the bodies of sick people and return them to healthy. And teachers shape the minds of young people and turn them into responsible, educating adults. Last, both doctors and teachers are essential members of a community. It is difficult to imagine a city or town that has not need of neither a doctor or a teacher. Such place would truly be primitive.
