More and more families are now rich enough to have their own cars. Cars do benefit the families as well the society in many ways. With a car, this is convenient for the family members to travel to or from work. They can also drive to the countryside on the weekends. On the other hand, the boom of private cars is also causing traffic and environmental problem. Waste gases from cars are causing serious pollution to the air, which do great harm to people’s health. The new term is coming! It's time for school. Last term, I make little effort on my English, but my grades were not satisfying. In life people make many decisions, some of what are so important that they affect us greatly.
My latest decision is made when I entered Senior 3 in Miss Zhang's class. Since I was not good in English, Miss Zhang asked me to listen attentive in class and put down some important notes. There are more and more students who are developing eating habits in our school, which has attached widely attention of the parents and our school. Some students often go to school without have breakfast. When they are hungry, they prefer eating some snack. Some of them are even particular with food; they only eat what they like and never touch food they don’t like even if they really need it for their health. Last summer I pay a visit to London. Now I am very glad to share the experience with the class.

Yesterday I showed to my friend Peter around Beijing city．We started off at 8:00 a.m．First we went to the Forbidden City, which was one of the most popular tourist spot in Beijing．Then we visited the History Museum．We observed a lot of valuable things in them and we learned a lot about Chinese history．After a quick meal, we wentto Beihai Park．Upon arrival, we were all struck by its beautiful scenes．We spent a whole afternoon appreciated the wonder．It was until 18:00 p．m．that we went back.

Last weekend，I helped my grandparents with their trip to the Dalian．On Saturday morning，together with my grandparents，I search the Internet for the train schedule，the weather in Dalian，and some hotel informations．In the afternoon，they went to the train station and managed to buy two tickets for my grandparents although there had a long queue．After dinner，I packed the things into the suitcase，what my grandparents would need，such as clothes，glasses，an umbrella，a map．The next morning，I went to the station to show them off．Waved goodbye to them on the platform，I felt happily for them and wished them a safe journey.
