In the winter vacation, I paid a visit a mountain village in a suburb of Luoyang. No sooner had I got off the bus when I was greatly surprising to see all the changes. It was far better than I had been expected. Now every family can drink cleanly running water. The villagers needn’t carry water himself any more. Firewood is no longer used for cooking. Marsh gas, a new cheap clean energy, make it very convenient to cook and light. As all the families have color TV set, they can enjoy plays at home. It impressed me most was that the best building in a village was the school. I hope the mountain village will become better and better.

As a senior three student, it won't take long after  I graduate. Now, I have much to share
with my fellow student.
Firstly, I'd like to show my appreciation to those stand by me all the way, teachers, parents and friends including. Without their help or advice, my life will be different. Secondly, it's high time for  I  to say sorry to the classmates whom I hurt or misunderstood. I firm believe that

I am writing to express my concern about the sports facilities in campus. I have noticed that our school has very limited resources in term of students’ opportunities to do sports.
It is known to all what sports are very important to young people. If they have an access to good sports facilities, young people can adopt a healthy lifestyle and become more confident.
I suggest build a new playground, where should be designed for students with different interests. They should have a different section for each activity and available to students all year round. I believe so a sports area will meet our sporting needs.

As far as I can remember, grow up in Ohio left many good memories and very few bad ones. We rented a home near a lake where I spent good time of my life. I attended to school to learn a variety of course, and went camping overnight in the woods. My dog and I would go fishing in the lake that I mentioned early. During the winter we will come down at night and go ice-skating on the lake. In Ohio the snow could be heavily sometimes and too deep to walk in as I was not that tall at the time. It was not until I was sixteen and moved to California when the life was changed. This was a tough change for me because the area total differed from Ohio. There was no rivers or lakes to fish in at all.

With the development of the technology, more and more students prefer to using electronic dictionary to replace paper dictionary. Some students is in favor of the idea using electronic dictionary. They think it convenient to look for the words in electronic dictionary than paper dictionary. Thus, it can save many time for them. Meanwhile, they think the electronic dictionary has many other function. When I began my senior high school years, I had difficulty to learning English. I dared not speak English in public because my poor pronounce. I could not get high marks, but I always used bad grammar. Afraid of be laughed at, I never put up my hand answer questions in class. When my English teacher Miss Li learned about this, she encouraged me and lend me a hand, which helped improving my English. With his help, I became interest in English and finally got high marks. My soccer coach retired in last week. I wanted to do anything special for him at his retirement party. My mum makes the better biscuits in the world, so I decide to ask her for help. In order to promote participation in outdoor exercise, our school had organized an activity to  climb the West Mountain on April 10. The moment we arrived at the foot of a mountain, we set out for the top in high spirit. We supported each other to pass the rocky areas on the course of the  climb. Laughing and cheering, we eventually reached the summit, there we were greeted by the bright  sunshine and fresh air. Viewing from the top, the city was extremely beautiful This event was very benefit, for not only we take a break from our heavy school workload, but we also learned what to cooperate. Therefore, we strongly suggest that similar events are held every year!
