One Saturday, I was doing my homework while it suddenly occurred to me that it was my mother birthday the next day. However, I forgot it complete. I was worried that I didn’t prepare any present to her. At that moment, the idea of online shopping came my mind. I clicked the mouse and search some famous shopping websites. Having compared the price of many dresses, I chose one with a reasonable price which I supposed Mum would appreciate it and bought it as soon as possible. The next morning I received the dress as expected without get out of my room. You see, online shopping has made our life much convenient and colorful.

Last night, I have a strange but interesting dream. On the way back home, I came across child from another planet. His clothes seemed to be shining and looked beautifully . As I got close to him, he looked frightening and turned his back to me . Though I couldn’t speak his language, I used hand gestures to talk about him. A while later, he told me lots of amazing thing on his planet, which made me laughing. But suddenly, he began to cry , and then he explained he had lost his way but couldn’t find his home. Seeing that, I was offered to help him. His home had a telephone number like ours, so I asked him to call his parents using my phone. Soon before making the call he disappeared.

It can be seen, more and more people own mobile phones in China now. At the end of 2002, there were 20 millions mobile phone users. By 2005 a number reached up to 30 million. People have found mobile phones convenience. They can get in touch to each other whenever and wherever they like. There’re different functions to meeting different needs, such as surf the Internet. However, it may bring us some trouble. For an example, the radiation from the phone may do harm our health. In spite of this, the number of people having mobile phones are increasing steadily.

Mrs. White was in hurry to visit her grandson because she missed her very much.
It was nearly three months when she last saw her grandson. When she was walking by a playground, a football fly in her direction. She was already in her seventy. In the summer vacation, I paid a visit a mountain village in a suburb of Xi’an. No sooner had I got off the bus when I was greatly surprising to see all the changes. It was far better than I had been expected. Now every family can drink cleanly running water. The villagers needn’t carry water himself any more. Firewood is no longer used for cooking. Marsh gas, a new cheap clean energy, make it very convenient to cook and light. As all the families have color TV set, they can enjoy plays at home. It impressed me most was that the best building in a village was the school. I hope the mountain village will become better and better.

Not having passed the exam, Xiao Ming remained in the classroom after school. When asking, he told me he didn’t dare to go home because of he was afraid of being scolded or beaten by his dad. Hearing that he said, I felt sorry for him and couldn’t help think of the “wolf father”.
Children will behave well if they are punishing when they do something wrong and that punishment should be physical punishment, which is an extreme important educational concept to many parents. But I think this violent way harms children mental growth and the forming of their good characters.
No one can avoid making mistake. Parents should help our children correct mistakes and encourage them make progress.

Last week I went to a movie, it was very touching. It was a sad movie about a mother and her sons. When the child was a little boy, the mother was very poor that she had to send him to a rich couple which had no children. The boy received a very good education and twenty years later he became doctor. In his hospital, he has a patient, who was an old lady. He didn’t care too much about her, for she could hardly afford for the medical care. I love camping. It is my favouritest way to spend the summer vacation. Last year, myfamilies and I went camping in the countryside. It was one of the excited experiences I had never had. Li Hua is a senior three student who devote himself to his lessons every day. Last Saturday, as usual, he went to several courses. In the evening, he studies at home until deep into the night. He was too sleepy and tired that he couldn’t work effectively. In Sunday morning, Li Hua was about to study when his father came up and advised him to have a break. Soon they had good idea. They bought a kite which they liked it very much and then the family went to the suburbs where Li Hua enjoyed himself fly the kite.
