It's reported that many people died of traffic accidents each year. Road safety has aroused the widely attention of the public. Many rules have made to reduce the traffic crashes, especially for the ones involved in the pedestrians. In my opinion, we should make road safety seriously in our daily life. While used the road, we must walk on the pavement and learn to protect us. Besides, car drivers should obey the traffic rules, that is both good for themselves and others.

Being responsible is actually not that difficult. I used to think it is hard to grow up into a responsible member of our society. An incident happening in a rainy Sunday afternoon changed my attitude. I was on my way to the bookstore and was waiting for the green light while a girl was knocked down by passing car, which drove off quickly. A man immediately gave her first aid and I had joined in without hesitation. Soon many help was given to the girl. Because we sent her to the nearest hospitals in time, she was able to receive properly treatment. Not badly injured, I expressed gratitude to those giving help. Compared with the escaping driver, I was proud of what I did.

My dream school starts at 8:30 a.m and ends at 3:30 p.m. They are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. We didn’t need to do so many homework. I have many friends, so my best friend is called Li Ting. I met him about five years before in a class where we attended together. I was used to spend happy time with my grandfather, but as I grew up, I gradually started to become self-centered. Once, when I was 8, I went out shopping with him. As he and I took the wrong bus but got lost outside, I could not stay calm and shout rudely at him. When I first learnt to write with English, I ran into many difficulties. The mainly problem was that I always thought in Chinese but tried to translate everything into English. A teacher advised mekeep my diary. I followed her advice and should put down 100 words or so each day. Soon I began to enjoy talk to myself on paper as I was learning to express me in simple English. One day I wrote a little story and showed to my teacher. She liked it a lot and reads it to the class. All said the story was a good one. Their word were a great encouragement to me.
